Course Registration and Payment

• All course registrations are subject to availability.
• Full payment is required to secure your place in a course.
• Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, though confirmed bookings will be honoured at the original price.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit towards a future course.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund but may receive credit towards a future course at our discretion.
• If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

Course Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually
• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
• Not record, photograph, or distribute course materials without permission
• Not engage in disruptive behaviour during sessions

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these expectations without refund.

All content on this website and in our course materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of grove-lark or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
